MDM Dry Ration Instructions For Distribution | MDM App:

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is giving the top priority in providing Quality Education to all the students of the State. Providing quality Mid Day Meal (MDM App) to the students is an important integral part of the quality of Education. In this regard, the “JAGANANNA GORUMUDDA” MDM Dry Ration Instructions, Scheme with revised Menu is on implementation and the State Government is focusing on the aspects of transparency, quality, accountability, and timely delivery of the meals to the students.ration distribution

In this regard, we are herewith communicating the different registers like Stock Register, Register for Sanitary Workers, Donor Register, Ammavodi Donation Register, Dry Ration Registers, etc. to all the DEOS/MEOS/Headmasters to keep and maintain the all records and registers properly.

All RJD / DEOs should carefully read the Dry Ration Distribution Guidelines … The Office of the Director of MDM & Sanitation has issued a circular requesting that the same guidelines be followed by HMs at the field level and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure that dry rations are distributed evenly.

This is to inform all the Zonal Education Officers and Zonal MDMs.

1. In MDM App – First enter and submit New Enrollment in Dry Ration.
2. Accordingly, the CB option is enabled in the MDM App.
3.Rice Requirements for 25 days will appear here
4.Each school principal must enter and submit New Enrollment in Dry Ration in advance on MDM App. Rice Requirements must be submitted by 27.09.2020. Then the CB option closes. If any school has stocks of my rice, it should be registered in the Rice Indent App & Online accordingly.
5. This message should be sent to each headmaster by the zonal education department officials.

  • Total Enrollment(I-V)135, (Class-V-Enrollment-29).
  • As per enrollment, Rice allocation is 837 kgs (135 students x 62 days (June 12th to August, 31st) x 100 grams).
  • Further, the students of Class V (29) promoted to Class VI, as the guidelines of Gol, the entitlement of rice to those 29 students (V class students promoted to VI class) @ 50 grams excess is 90 kgs (29 students x 50 grams x 62 days).

The Head Master/Mistress is requested to follow the below process.

a. Go to the Closing Balance (CB) entry form in MDM app/SCM.
b.Enter the Closing Balance in MDM app and update the CB as (-90 kgs) as per the above illustration.
c. So that, the excess quantity @ 50 grams to the students of Class V (29) promoted to Class VI will not deprive their entitlement
3. Eggs (56) are to be distributed to all the eligible students in two spells i.e, 1st spell – 28 eggs and 2nd spell – 28 eggs.
4. Chikkies (35) is to be distributed to all the eligible students in two spells i.e, 1st spell – 18 chikkies and 2nd spell – 17 chikkies.
Further, all the District Educations Officers in the State are informed that necessary provision will be enabled in the MDM app and requested to issue necessary instructions to the MEOs/HMs to distribute the dry ration to the eligible students of class 1st to 9th enrolment of the previous year(2019-20) as per their entitlement by involving the Volunteers and Educational Welfare Assistant of Village/ Ward Secretariat duly following the COVID-19 precautions strictly and keeping in view of the restrictions imposed due to unlock of country/ state.

Further, they are requested to issue the instructions to the field functionaries and as well as suppliers to distribute the above items duly taking the proper acknowledgment from the parents to maintain the proper documentation and upload the details in MDM App compulsory without fail. If you fail to upload the data, the payment will not be released

How to update dry ration?

1.plz click on the below link and download and install the gorumudda app (updated version) (plz delete earlier App for better updates)
First, uninstall already existing MDM app)

2.log in through HM credentials as usual.

3.Go to the dry ration icon and select the commodity, phase, and submit enrollment and no. of students distributed dry ration for phase-1. The same scenario will follow for phase-2

Note1: HM can update daily distribution status .. Cumulative Reports will be generated at School MEO DEO levels.
