Qualifications for AP Teacher Transfers in 2023

1. Transfers shall only be made upon request and on governmental grounds.
2. The following Headmaster (Gr.II)/Teachers in the Government/ZPP/MPP categories will be transferred.

• Those Headmasters (Grade II) who have completed 5 academic years of service and Teachers who have completed 8 academic years of service in a specific school by the Academic Year 2022-2023 will be transferred compulsorily (more than half of the Academic Year would be considered as a complete year for this purpose and less than half would not be considered).
•  Provided, however, that those retiring on or before August 31, 2024 (within two years) will not be transferred unless and until the incumbent requests such transfer.
• There shall be NO minimum service requirement for requesting transfer.

3.The male Headmaster (Gr.II)/Teacher who is under 50 years old as of 31.08.2023 and                              working in Girls High School must be transferred.

•  If there are no female Headmasters (Gr.II)/Teachers available to work in Girls High Schools, male Headmasters (Gr.II)/Teachers who have turned 50 as of 31.08.2023 may be considered for posting to such schools.
