APSET Information: The Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test-2023 (AP SET-2023) was held in July in 12 regions across the state, with 218 exam centres. This year, 56453 candidates applied for the APSET, and 44576 candidates took the exam. Last year, 1,35,939 candidates filled out the application form. Qualifying Scores for the APSET 2022
The University Grant Commission establishes the criteria for candidate selection (UGC). The UGC standards for student passing are listed below. “The top 6% of candidates who Appear in all Three papers and secure at least 40% Aggregate Marks for Candidates belonging to the General Category and at least 35% Aggregate Marks for Candidates Belonging to the Reserved Categories will be Declared Qualified for Eligibility for Assistant Professor by Following the State Government Reservation policy.”
