AP LAWCET Notification 2023 and Schedule are now available on the official website, https://sche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET or https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET/. The Law Common Entrance Test will be administered by Sri Krishnadevaraya University in Ananthapuram, Andhra Pradesh (AP LAWCET).

This Entrance exam is for Admission to three-year or five-year LLB / B.L Regular and Self-Financing Courses in Andhra Pradesh State Law Colleges for the academic year 2023-2024. The government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to hold all Common Entrance Tests (CET) for admission to various professional and higher education courses.
AP LAWCET 2023 Notification
Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) 2023: The Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) is a state-level entrance exam. Sri Krishnadevaraya University manages it on behalf of APSCHE, Hyderabad. Candidates can enroll in 3 and 5 year law courses at AP state law universities and colleges affiliated with them. Candidates can only obtain the AP LAWCET 2023 application form online. In the office mode or any other mode, no application is issued. The AP LAWCET 2023 question paper will be available in both English and Telugu. Every year, an exam is held so that candidates can gain admission to state law universities.

Eligibility Requirements
Candidates should be aware of the exams Eligibility requirements. Candidates who want to take the entrance exam to become a master of law in Andhra Pradesh can apply for this exam. Candidates should review the Eligibility Requirements. Candidates who do not register will be unable to take the exam. Candidates should also look into the eligibility requirements for the 3 and 5 year LL.B programmes. The applicants must be Indian citizens. All candidates must meet the AP state’s local/non-local requirements.
Educational Qualification for APLAWCET 2022
- A graduate degree (10+2+3 pattern) or equivalent from a recognized university with 45% aggregate marks is required for the three-year LL.B course.
- 5-year LL.B Course: A minimum of 45% in the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or AP board is required.
- The qualifying exam marks are relaxed by 5% and 3% for SC/ST and OBC candidates, respectively.

Application Fee
- For registration, candidates have to pay Rs. 750/.
- Candidates can be deposited through debit/credit card/net banking or AP online centers.
Exam Pattern
- The exam will be conducted online mode.
- There will be a total of 120 Objective type questions in the exam.
- English and Telugu language use in the exam.
- The total time to attend the exam will be 90 minutes.
- Every correct answer adds 1 mark to your final score.
- There will be no negative marking in the exam.

AP LAWCET 2023 Counselling
AP LAWCET Counselling LAWCET AP Counseling will begin following the exam. First Counseling fees must be paid by candidates. Candidates must bring all original and imported documents. The seat will be assigned after the candidate has been verified. Candidates will be admitted based on their completed choices and the availability of seats. To exercise the option filling and locking, candidates must pay the counselling fee (detailed below).

AP LAWCET 2023 Syllabus
All the Candidates can even study topics such as General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Current Affairs, and Aptitude for the Study of Law.
- Current Affairs – Current events in India and around the world concerning politics, the judiciary system, the economy, sports, entertainment, awards, and appointments.
- General Knowledge – Indian Polity, Indian Economy Fundamentals, Indian History, Geographical Knowledge of India, Indian Culture and Heritage
- Aptitude for Study of Law – The candidate should be able to understand various facts, figures, and legal principles that will be presented in the question. As per the question, the candidate must mark the best possible answer for the given case.
- Mental Ability –This includes general reasoning topics such as blood relations, number series, coding-decoding, syllogisms, direction sense, sitting arrangements, analogies, alphabet series, data interpretation, sequencing, and visual puzzles.
